Network Marketing: The Numis Network
Network Marketing is a BIG business and absolutely wonderful, if you ask me!
According to the Direct Selling Association’s research, there were 15 million people in the United States, and 62.7 million worldwide, involved in direct sales in 2007. In the US, sales were in excess of 30 billion dollars and 114 billion dollars worldwide. 95% of the direct selling companies use multi-level compensation plans.
Each and every year the industry grows. This is partly due to the increase of people desiring a home-based business and financial independence. Occasionally I run into some individuals who lack understanding and knowledge about network marketing as an industry and inappropriately refer to the business as a “pyramid scheme”. Obviously this business model can produce massive leverage to create wealth, but that doesn’t make it an illegal pyramid. A pyramid that is a scheme would be a company that essentially sells participation in a program without a bona-fide product, they would simply pay for recruiting participants. Numis Network’s business model is based on selling the Fast Track Collector’s Kit and graded silver and gold collectible coins to collectors who enjoy the benefits of this rewarding activity.
If you are in network marketing, don’t ever let this discourage you. Like I said some individuals are lacking understanding about our prestigious enterprise. It would be naive to think everyone will recognize the potential of this business when we are taught and trained to work hard for someone else’s dream, retire with a small pension and maybe a gold watch. It’s tough to find out after 50 years of hard work that you just participated in the biggest “pyramid scheme” of all. Don’t let yourself be one of the scary statistic’s.
